Differential Education

 It’s approach for effective teaching that involves providing all students within their diverse classroom community of learners a range of different avenues for understanding new information, in terms of: acquiring content; processing, constructing, or making sense of ideas; and developing teaching materials and assessment measures so that all students within a classroom can learn effectively, regardless of differences in their ability.

Differentiated Education is applied in Al-Hussein Society in several ways based on previous comprehensive assessment, including:

·         Curriculum modification

·         Worksheets modification

·         Assessments modification

·         Use assistive technology both in learning and for students’ independency in school.

·         Use multisensory learning aids to achieve student’s goals.

 Target group:

 School students from pre-school to third grade

  School Team:

Headed by special educator consultant, of 25 years of experience and multidisciplinary team of 5-15 years’ experience.

·         Class Teacher: (Bachelor of Class Teacher and Special educator teacher)

·         Co- Teacher: (Bachelor of: Special Education / Occupational Therapist / Speech Therapist)
