Vocational Training
At Al Hussein Society – Jordan Center for Training and Inclusion, vocational training has evolved in response to the changing needs of persons with disabilities and the realities of the labor market. In the past, our programs provided skills-based training in areas such as tailoring and basic electrical work, supporting individuals to access income-generating opportunities. Building on this experience, we are currently developing more inclusive and adaptive vocational pathways specifically designed for children and youth with disabilities who have missed formal education. These initiatives focus on equipping participants with practical, market-relevant skills, while also fostering independence, confidence, and social inclusion. Through tailored approaches and partnerships, we aim to create sustainable opportunities that enable individuals to actively participate in economic life and contribute to their communities.
