

Tarabot Project – COOPI
The Tarabot Project aims to promote inclusive education for children with disabilities in the governorates of Amman, Irbid, and Mafraq, by supporting children and their families and strengthening the capacity of schools and communities to provide an inclusive and equitable learning environment.
The project is implemented through a partnership between the Al-Hussein Society – Jordan Center for Comprehensive Training and Inclusion and COOPI, with the support of the Italian Agency for Development Cooperation (AICS).

Integrating children with disabilities into schools.

Helping families support their children’s education.

Training teachers on inclusive practices.

Promoting awareness of disability rights.
Project Activities

Rehabilitation Services
Providing assessment services, in addition to individualized rehabilitation programs aimed at developing children's cognitive, motor, perceptual, and language skills.

Parent Empowerment
Implementing training programs for parents to strengthen their ability to support their children in learning and daily life. These programs include early intervention skills and home-based educational support.

Training for School Staff
Implementing training programs for teachers and school staff on inclusive education, developing Individualized Education Plans (IEPs), applying differentiated teaching strategies, and promoting the rights of persons with disabilities.
